Rules

The Executive Referral Group is growing and there are requests to join the group weekly. The group is loyal to its members and attendance going forward is essential to take the group to the next level and gain more business for us all. Below is a clarification of the rules:

·         New Applicants must visit the referral group 3 times in one month before being considered a member. Providing there is not a conflict with another member of the group, after the third visit, the company will be emailed the paperwork to complete by Connie Bernhardt. The paperwork completed, including a copy of any licenses and insurances that are required for that type of business, is to be turned back to Connie the following week. At that point the paperwork will be reviewed by the board at their meeting, the third Thursday of each month. The business will then be notified of the approval and at that point they will be added to the roster, able to be on the website, have cards in the book etc.

 

·         Prior Member requests to re join: After a member has been notified that they have been removed from the roster, there may be a request at a later date to rejoin. The process is the same as above. They are required to attend three meeting, do the paperwork etc. and get the board approval.etc.

·        Member attendance: Each member is required to attend weekly meetings each month and only one excused absence is allowed during the month. To qualify for an excused absence, you must notify the board member in charge, Dennis Last, by email, text or call a day in advance if possible .Three unexcused absences be reviewed by the board and termination from membership may result and open that business category for a new member. There will be circumstances that need to be considered for some absences and the board will evaluate those as they arise.
